🧘‍♀️Yoga - Balance & Core Connection✨
TUE OCT 20, 10 - 11 AM CDT (TUE OCT 20, 10 - 11 AM CDT)

Let's talk about BALANCE for a minute. ⚖️

And no, I'm not just talking about standing on one leg without falling over. 😂

I'm talking about finding a little more stability in our bodies, a little more awareness in our movement, and maybe even a little more peace in our minds.

Balance & Core Connection is an intentional, beginner-friendly yoga class that brings together gentle strengthening, mindful movement, balance work, and breath.

Because balance isn't something we're just born having. It's something we practice, develop, lose sometimes, and learn to find again.

And honestly? That's a pretty good metaphor for life, too.

Throughout this class, we'll move through a combination of grounding yoga poses, flowing sequences, and balance-focused movements that encourage us to slow down, engage our core, and become more aware of how our bodies move and support us.

We'll explore the connection between our breath, our core, and our ability to feel stable, both physically and mentally.

Expect standing balance poses, gentle core engagement, hip and ankle stability work, intentional transitions, and moments to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

And if you wobble? GOOD.

If you have to put your foot down? ALSO GOOD.

We're not here to look perfect. We're here to practice, learn, and get a little stronger along the way.

What to expect:

  • A beginner-friendly yoga practice with a focus on balance and stability

  • Gentle core strengthening and mindful muscle engagement

  • Standing and grounded balance poses

  • Hip, ankle, and spinal mobility

  • Breathwork and intentional movement

  • Modifications and options for different experience levels

  • A calming, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace

This class is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their balance, build functional strength, increase body awareness, or simply take a little time to reconnect with themselves.

You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to be experienced. And you absolutely don't need to have your life together before walking through the door.

Just bring yourself and an open mind.

Sometimes finding our balance starts with giving ourselves permission to slow down. ✨
