A little chaos, a whole lot of CORE, and probably some questionable language coming from your instructor. 😂🔥
Welcome to Core Chaos, where we're turning up the music, grabbing our weights, and bringing some serious heat to the studio!
This is NOT your average ab workout.
Core Chaos is a high-energy, full-body Sculpt class with an extra spicy emphasis on building core strength, stability, and endurance. We're combining strength training, Pilates-inspired movement, and cardio-inspired conditioning into one sweaty, challenging, FUN experience.
Because who said working out has to be boring?!
We'll move through a series of intentionally programmed exercises that build on one another. Think squats that turn into presses, standing core work, rotational movements, planks, pulses, holds, and those lovely little finishers that make you question whether I actually like you. (I promise I do. 😂)
And while your core is absolutely going to be the star of the show, your arms, legs, glutes, and shoulders are coming along for the ride.
We're working the WHOLE body, baby!
What to expect:
A 60-minute, high-energy, full-body Sculpt workout
Extra emphasis on abdominal strength, obliques, and core stability
Dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, and Pilates-inspired exercises
Layered movements that build strength, endurance, and coordination
Upbeat music, lots of encouragement, and a seriously good sweat
Modifications and progressions so you can challenge yourself at your own level
You do NOT have to be in amazing shape to show up. You don't have to know every exercise. And you definitely don't have to keep up with the person next to you.
You just have to come ready to move, have some fun, and give yourself the opportunity to see what you're capable of.
We'll sweat. We'll shake. We'll probably laugh at least once when our legs stop cooperating.
And we'll leave feeling a little stronger, a little more confident, and a whole lot better than when we walked in.
Come for the workout. Stay for the chaos. 🔥
