Student Athlete Performance & Recovery Program

Built for athletes who want to move better, recover smarter, and perform with more confidence.

This class is designed to support the athlete behind the athlete through intentional mobility training, recovery work, core strength, flexibility, breathwork, body awareness, and performance-focused movement. Whether you’re in-season, off-season, preparing for camps, or simply wanting to take better care of your body, this program helps create a stronger foundation for long-term athletic performance and recovery.

Sessions may include:

  • mobility & flexibility training

  • recovery-focused movement

  • Pilates-based core strengthening

  • balance & coordination work

  • breathwork & nervous system support

  • mobility drills & stretching

  • intentional warmups & cooldowns

  • body awareness & injury prevention support

This is not meant to replace strength training, practices, or sports-specific work. It is designed to complement it by helping athletes recover more efficiently, move more intentionally, and better support their bodies both physically and mentally.

Perfect for:

  • middle school athletes

  • high school athletes

  • collegiate athletes

  • multi-sport athletes

  • athletes recovering from intense seasons or training blocks

  • athletes wanting to improve mobility, recovery, and overall movement quality

No yoga or Pilates experience is needed. All experience levels are welcome.

📍 Sessions take place in Warsaw, Missouri inside All Star Dance Academy on Main Street.

Single drop-in sessions are available, with discounted program pass options offered for athletes planning to attend consistently throughout the program. More details on package options can be found under our program passes.
